"The Future Chef Contest" is an annual student Culinary Competition similar to MasterChef in Asia, and this year the contest took place in May and June in Vietnam.

Simon Wellfare, our Head of Internship Placements, was invited to participate in the contest as one of the judges representing BHMS!

Nat Klainin, a BHMS Culinary alumni, showed his talent and skills during the competition while supporting Mr. Wellfare cooking live a "Schweineschnitzel", one of the popular Swiss dishes.

                              

The competition had three rounds with different challenges and in the end, 5 finalists were chosen with one champion who won a scholarship for a culinary university in Thailand. The final was held ion 05.06.2016 in Hotel Continental Ho Chi Minh, in Vietnam.

                           

It was indeed a great event!
