Part of the growth in participants in the Culinary Arts and Management programs at B.H.M.S. is the inauguration of new Culinary Lab in the Tribschen neighborhood of Lucerne.


In this facility students in the new third year program of the Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts program will take classes in Molecular Gastronomy. Various other classes in the first and second year of the culinary programs are held here too. The kitchen comprises space for 15 students and is equipped with all the tools and machines required in a professional kitchen.

 


Our Executive Chef Mr. Jürg Wernli and his team of highly trained international chefs head the various classes and train, teach and coach students in preparation for their annual 4 to 6 months paid internships in Switzerland or abroad.
