    Program options

    Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts

    • Your Bachelor degree within 3 years
    • Dual Degree with Top UK University
    • Prepares the students with a solid foundation to become Chefs a but also provides the knowledge and skills for aspiring entrepreneurs in the Food Business Industry

    Option 2: Diplomas in Culinary Arts

    • BHMS’ Diploma ( 1-year course) and Higher Diploma (2-year course) in Culinary Arts are full-time courses conducted in English
    • The students are introduced to the world of food production through basic operational techniques and hands-on core competency training.
    • at the master’s level.
    • Students will develop managerial skills through core business subjects, and will be prepared for a broad range of culinary career opportunities.

    Option 3: Postgraduate Diploma in Culinary Arts

    • The B.H.M.S. Postgraduate Diploma in Culinary Arts is designed for degree holders in other fields, wishing to re-align their career into the culinary sector
    • Earn your Postgraduate Diploma in 12 months

    Entry Requirements

    The minimum requirements for admission to both B.H.M.S. Bachelor’s and Diploma programs are:

    • Minimum 17 years of age with successfully completed minimum 11 years’ secondary education.

    • English language skills at a level of IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.
