The Art and Science of Culinary

The word ‘Culinary’ defined by dictionaries is always related to “kitchen and cooking”, while the word ‘Art’ refers to the “the quality, production, expression, or realm, according to aesthetic principles of what is beautiful, appealing, or more than ordinary significance.” These two words together “Culinary Arts” represent the art of preparation, cooking and the presentation of food. It’s much more than just cooking and involves creativity, innovation, and even science.
