The Swiss Museum of Transport is located in the city of Lucerne.
It is much more than just a museum explaining about modes of transport. More than 3,000 objects spread over an exhibition area of 20,000 square meters showcase the development of traffic on roads, by rail, on water, in the air and in space.
The aerospace Exhibition
The main attraction of the Swiss Museum of Transport is the space walker, situated in the aerospace Exhibition. The students from B.H.M.S. have the opportunity to walk along the walls and the ceiling, similar to the space station, resulting in a feeling of weightlessness.
