Step One:
Application Forms

Complete BHMS application form

Attach the following documents (translated to English & officially stamped) to the BHMS admission office in your region or the authorized BHMS education counselor:

  1. High school diploma (if undergraduate applicant) or undergraduate degree (if postgraduate applicant)
  2. IELTS, TOEFL, Testpodium or equivalent test results
  3. Curriculum Vitae
  4. Work references (if available)
  5. Motivation letter
  6. Copy of valid passport

Step two:
Letter of Acceptance

If your application is successful and the requested program is available, we will send you the letter of acceptance within 72 hours.

After receiving our letter of acceptance you will be requested to make the initial payment within two weeks. Please contact BHMS Luzern or the BHMS admission office in your region to learn about the initial payment corresponding to your home country.

Step Three:
Enrolment Confirmation & Visa

A receipt & enrollment confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we have received the initial payment.

At this stage you will need to contact the Swiss Embassy in your hometown to book an appointment for a student visa interview through the BHMS admission office in your region or the authorized BHMS education counselor.

The balance of your school fee for the first year must be paid after BHMS has presented a proof of your visa confirmation but not later than 4 weeks prior to the term commencement date.

Upon receiving full payment, BHMS will issue a NOC (No Open Cost) letter and will send it directly to the Swiss Embassy in your hometown so you may receive your visa stamp. After that, you may book your flight ticket to Zurich airport, where we will be waiting to transfer you to your new residence in Luzern.
