Culinary Students from B.H.M.S. take over the Max Car Bar & Restaurant in Lucerne
Students from the last year's Bachelor Degree in Culinary Arts at B.H.M.S. always take part in different projects, workshops and practical experiences in order to enhance their knowledge and practical skills. Taking over a restaurant in Lucerne is one of these projects.
As they study the course of Creativity and Entrepreneurship, this event is a great opportunity for the students to participate in all the stages and tasks involved in the management of a restaurant. They are responsible not just for cooking and serving the guests, but also for creating a unique menu and design the invitations.
On June 17th, there were 12 students from different nationalities and backgrounds who took part in this event. Together, they have created a unique menu with an innovative harmony of intercontinental fusion.
Mr.Baummann was the responsible lecturer who leaded this project and gave guidance to the students.
It was a great night, and one more achievement was added to all our great Culinary Students' experience!
