Arena hospitality group visits BHMS

This initial module, Hotel Operations, marked the beginning of a dynamic, multi-location learning journey designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and operational excellence in hospitality. Throughout the week, participants explored current industry trends and strategies to enhance the guest experience, while engaging in interactive sessions, practical insights, and a Swiss industry excursion.

As part of their experience in Switzerland, the group also had the opportunity to visit the renowned Bürgenstock Resort, gaining valuable insights into luxury hospitality operations and service excellence in a world-class setting.

The programme continued across several international locations, with upcoming modules focusing on key areas such as leadership and human resources, finance, and marketing—each combining academic insight with practical application.

The programme concluded in Pula, Croatia—where Arena Hospitality Group is headquartered—with the final module focused on hotel marketing and sales, followed by the participants’ final presentations and graduation.
