Swiss Culinary Academy by B.H.M.S. is the culinary division of B.H.M.S. Business & Hotel Management School in Switzerland. As part of the wider B.H.M.S. educational environment, with city locations in Lucerne and Zurich, the academy combines practical culinary training with business-focused learning, international career preparation, and strong industry orientation.
